Did you tighten (torque) the front pulley completely and adjust the belt for proper tension? A toothed-belt will normally make a 'clik' sound as it rolls over the pulley cogs. If the bike has lots of km's and the pulleys were worn, both pulleys should have been replaced or there will be a mismatch between the new belt teeth and cogs. Try lubing the belt teeth with powdered graphite.
